Visit the ReelFlow listing in the Shopify App Store and click "Add app." After authorising the required permissions, the app will be ready to configure from your Shopify admin panel.
ReelFlow supports MP4, MOV, and WebM files up to 30 MB. For best results, use vertical 9:16 videos at 1080×1920 resolution.
Yes! Tag any number of products per reel. Customers can tap on product cards during playback to view details and add items to their cart without leaving the video.
All billing is processed securely through Shopify's native billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin.
Upon uninstallation your widgets are removed from all theme pages and your subscription is cancelled. Your reel data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
