This Privacy Policy describes how Reelflow ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you install or use the Reelflow app ("App") in connection with your Shopify-powered store. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information collected from the App:
- Store information: Store ID, store plan, store domain, and shop owner name.
- Store owner information: Name, email address, country, ZIP code, city, and phone number.
- App-related information: Date of installation, plan upgrades/downgrades, uninstallation events, payment history, all operations performed inside the App, device used, browser information (type, version, language), and operating system.
- Product information: Title, description, images, and pricing of products you select for reel generation.
Storefront visitor information (collected on your behalf):
- Orders completed, pages viewed, products added to cart, and clicks on trackable elements within published reel widgets.
Information from our website:
- Content you submit via our support form.
- Data collected via Shopify and Google Analytics (GA) cookies, where you have given consent.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect to provide the Service and operate the App. Specifically, this includes:
- Generating and publishing shoppable video reels based on your product data.
- Processing subscription payments through Shopify's billing system.
- Communicating with you regarding app updates, billing, or support requests.
- Sending occasional product or feature announcements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
- Providing analytics on reel performance (views, clicks, conversions) within the App dashboard.
- Improving and optimising our Service over time.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information with third parties only where necessary to operate the App:

- Analytics providers: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be shared with analytics tools to help us improve the Service.

- You uninstall the App — all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems after 30 days.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
